Insert the SIM card
Insert the card into your phone’s SIM tray, matching the notched corner, then restart your phone.

Turn on “Data Roaming”
Choose your phone brand and follow the steps:
- Open your phone’s “Settings”
- Go to “Cellular” (or “Mobile Data”)
- Select the SIM card for this plan
- Turn on the “Data Roaming” switch
This is the step that matters most
Without “Data Roaming” on, your phone can’t get online.

Activate your plan
Most cards are activated before shipping. If you are asked to activate, tap the button below and enter your card number as prompted.
